Smack Down 2024

We ❤️ Liverpool and we can't wait to show you some of our favourite spots and have a dance. It's a big weekend, with:

• Three parties (Fri night, Sat night, Sunday afternoon) in three great venues
• Two classes and our Mersey Swing pub tour of Liverpool- all on the Saturday, all boss!
• One Smackdown- we're not saying it's the best competition out there… but we're not NOT saying that either… 😉😂

Tickets

One pass - follow lead switch options choose your preferred role, and please dance in that role for 75% of the event

Couple pass - this should be a balanced couple of lead/follow

PAYA Pass (pay as you're able)- if costs might stop you from attending, you can choose this option and pay whatever you're able, no questions asked. We release one of these tickets for every 10 full-price tickets sold so there may be a waiting list, but we'll do what we can. Register and send us an email to be added to the list.

Parents and Carers pass- if you're a parent, carer, or someone who may not be able to attend a full weekend, we're offering the option to share a ticket. These tickets are the equivalent of one pass- so there can only be one of you in the room at a time. Send us an email when you register for more information.

The Smackdown Contest

An epic dance battle to see which team has got the best moves. Two teams will dance to a song chosen at random. The song definitely won’t be swing but how you dance is up to you! Teams can be 1-100 people, we don’t care, we just want you to show us what you’ve got.

The winners of each round will be decided by the audience and we’ll keep going until we have a winner.

We have a playlist that the songs that will be picked from but groups can also throw one song into the mix. No guarantees that you’ll get to dance to your song though!
