Dancing with other people is amazing, and dancing on your own is just as much fun!
Our Solo Jazz classes will give you the rhythm, steps, groove and confidence to dance the night away and will also help you improve your Lindy Hop.
In the classes, you can expect to learn the foundations of jazz dancing, classic routines such as Mama's Stew, The Tranky Doo and Big Apple, and we'll create our own choreography along the way. We'll also be venturing into the world of improvisation in a fun and safe space!
Classes are £5 per person cash or card. Classes are drop in, no need to book in advance.

Live Wire Dance Studio is at 77a Renshaw Street, Liverpool, L1 2SJ. It's the bright pink door between 69a Antique Shop and Outpost.
Come through the pink door and ring the bell, our teachers will let you in.
The studio is up one set of stairs
When you reach the top of the stairs, the kitchen and bathroom is to your left and the studio is to your right. If the door to the studio is closed, please wait in the kitchen for the class to start.

There are several bus stops within a few minutes walk of the studio. You can get the 75, 80, 80a, 82, 86, 86a, 86c, 500, N1.
train
Liverpool Central station is a 6 minute walk and Lime Street is an 8 minute walk from the studio.
by car
There is on-street Pay and Display parking immediately outside the studio on Renshaw Street. There are two multistorey carparks near to the studio. Park Bee on Heathfield Street, L1 4AT and the Council Multistorey on Mount Pleasant, L3 5TB
