About The Event
4 weeks of classes exploring the Jazz Roots movements of Lindy Hop. This multi-level class will explore classic Jazz Routines from Original Lindy Hop Troops and Choreographers such as: Whitey's Lindy Hoppers, Frankie Manning, Norma Miller, Al Minns and Leon James.
These classes will be taught at a social distance, subject to Risk Assessments from the Black E and Mersey Swing CIC. You will be dancing solo in the same spot. Further guidance on how to use the Black E under the Covid restrictions can be found here. If in the event of a local or national lockdown, you will have the option of a refund, or to carry you payment forward for when classes resume.
Until the end of the year, all classes will be 'pay what you feel'- you register to confirm your place, we'll send you the bank details, payment for the block of classes must be completed asap- class numbers are limited and will be given on a 'first paid, first in' basis, so please be prompt. Details submitted will be held and shared in the event of Track and Trace purposes.
